2024/2025 Time-line

21 August:  All Biology Faculty and Adjunct professors are officially requested to provide a description of the module they wish offer.

11 September:  Deadline for all instructors to reply with a module title, description, preferred time-period for module, and contact information.

09-20 September:  A numbered list of the Modules on offer is posted.

30 September:  Deadline for student to contact the module instructors and to submit their Module Inquiry Form to them.

11 October:  Deadline for students to submit the Module Selection Form to the module coordinator. This information establishes the program of study which a student must complete in order to obtain credit for the course.

Start of Winter term:  All students will re-register for BIOL5710 in the winter term!  All students will receive an IP for the Fall term, and they must ALSO be registered in the Winter term to receive a final course grade.

As modules are completed:  Module instructors submit grades for their students to the module coordinator.

07 April 2025: All modules MUST be completed by this date

26 April 2025:  The module coordinator computes the final grade for each student and submits these through Banner.
